Mature, clean coconut shells from Lampung growers and copra processors.

Carbonization
Controlled pyrolysis turns shell into high-carbon charcoal, free of contamination.

Crushing & sieving
Charcoal is milled and sieved into a fine, uniform powder.

Mixing
Blended with natural tapioca starch and water — nothing else.

Pressing
Hydraulic presses form dense cubes, flats or hexagonal tubes to exact size.

Oven drying
Slow drying takes moisture below spec for clean, crack-free ignition.

From Lampung to your port.
We load at Panjang Port (Lampung) or Tanjung Priok (Jakarta) and quote FOB, CFR or CIF to your destination. Choose your port to see typical transit times.
